You're Invited to be the Creator of your Experience.

As Maryanne Williamson says, "We are powerful beyond measure".

So if we have the power to create chaos, don't we also have the power to create peace and calm? If we have the power to create poverty, don't we also have the power to create abundance? Is it also in our power to create health if we in deed have the power to create illness?

If this concept is upsetting to you, I suggest you try the following EFT tapping sequence.

ROUND ONE

Setup:
Even though I believe life happens to me not through me, I deeply and profoundly accept who I am. Even though I believe my reality is out of my control, I deeply and completely accept this belief in this moment. Even though I believe my experience is beyond my control, I deeply and profoundly accept who I am in this moment.

Tapping Sequence

This belief that life is out of my control
This belief that I am not in control of my circumstance
This belief that I do not have the power to change my circumstance
This belief that I have no control over my life
This belief that I am powerless to change my life's circumstances
It's rediculous to belive that I have control over my life
I refuse to believe I have created this mess
It's not my fault!!!!

ROUND TWO

Setup (change "anger" to fit your own emotion if appropriate)

Even though I'm angry that people think I'm responsible for my life, I love and accept myself and this anger. Even though I feel angry when people intimate that I've created this mess, I deeply and profoundly accept who I am. Even though I get really ticked off when people think I chose to live this way, I deeply and completely love and accept how I feel.

Tapping Sequence

The gall of these people
Who do they think they are?
I do not choose to live like this!
I did not consciously create this circumstances!!
I'm angry that they think I did this to myself!
I'm really angry!!
I don't want all this chaos (debt, stress, pain, worry...)
I did not choose all this!!

ROUND 3

Setup

Even though I don't believe I'm in control, I choose to be open to a new reality. Even though I don't believe I can do anything to change my circumstances, I choose to be open to the possibility of a new reality. Even though I didn't consciously create this current situation, I choose to be open to the possibility of a new reality.

Tapping Sequence (this is 4 rounds)

I don't believe I have the power to change my circumstance
It is not my fault
I want things to change but I don't know how
If I knew what to do to change things I would
It's scary to think I have the power to change
What would I have to give up?
There's something that's keeping me rooted in this situation
It's too hard to change

I'm afraid to look at what I need to do
I choose open to the possibility that I can do it
There's so many things working against me
I choose to be open that this can happen for me
I'm afraid if I change things someone will be mad at me
I choose to be open that change happens easily and effortlessly
I don't know what to do!
I choose to know the answers are readily available to me

I choose to be open to the possibility of a new reality
I choose to know this can happen for me
I choose to envision what I really want for myself
I choose to see a new reality as a possibility
I choose to recognize I am worth getting what I want from life
I choose for this new reality to come easily and effortlessly
I choose to focus on what I want and let the rest go
I choose to see this new reality coming forth

Where to go from Here

Ask yourself what would be downside to giving up your current reality. Would someone important to you be upset if things changed for you? Would you be giving something up? Would it feel safe to have things change? What would you be missing if things changed? These are all tappable issues.

Ask yourself if you are worthy of having the life you want. If not, why not? Tap on all the reasons you do not feel worthy of having what you want.

Still stuck? Consider working with a Certified EFT Practitioner.

Tapping into Forgiveness

If you don't know how to perform the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) copy and paste this URL to access instructions: http://www.lifeworkswitheft.com/pdf/eft_short_cut_method.pdf

Round 1:

Even though I still feel the pain of this injury and it doesn’t feel safe to let the anger go, I deeply and profoundly respect who I am anyway. (repeat 3 times)

This pain still feels so raw
All this anger and pain
I’m so angry about this
How could he/she do this to me?
Feeling this anger is safer than feeling the pain
I need this anger
I refuse to let go of this anger
This anger is my protection, and it’s not safe to let it go

Round 2:

Even though I still feel some of this anger and I don’t want to let him/her off the hook, I deeply and completely love who I am anyway. (repeat 3 times)

This remaining pain and anger
I don’t want to let him/her off the hook
They need to know how much they hurt me
They need to pay for what they did
If I let this anger go, I might be vulnerable to another attack
I still need this anger to keep me safe
I need to protect this pain with my anger
I refuse to see the part I played in this

(Repeat Rounds 1 & 2 if intensity level did not drop 3 or more on the 0 – 10 scale)

Round 3:

Even though a part of me wants to let this anger go, a part of me still wants to hold onto it, and I’m pulling for both part. (Repeat 3 times)

I want to let go of this anger
No I don’t
Yes I do
This anger is only hurting me and I choose to let it go
I choose to let this anger go
I no longer choose to give him/her my power
I choose to reclaim my power by letting this anger go
They do not deserve all this energy.

(Repeat rounds 2 & 3 until the intensity of the anger is at zero. Feel free to choose whatever words or feelings that are coming up for you.)

January 20, 2010 - Tapping your way to confidence

Even though I don't want to feel safe and confident because this not my reality right now, I deeply and profoundly love and accept who I am in this moment. (repeat this 3 times)

I want to feel safe and confident
I don't feel safe and confident right now
How can I feel safe?
I don't remember what that feels like
I want to feel confident
But confidence means I have to go out in the world
And that is not safe
I don't want to feel rejected and be reminded that I don't belong

There's a part of me that wants to remember
But there's another part of me that's afraid to feel confident
I want both parts to win
I feel safe
No I don't
Yes I do
I want to release this fear so I can feel confident and safe
No I don't
Yes I do

I'm ready to move into the world
I'm ready to feel successful, powerful and free
I'm ready to feel good about myself again
I'm ready to release this fear so I can live again
I'm ready to fully embrace the confident part in myself
I give myself permission to let this fear go
I choose to feel safe and confident
I choose to feel successful, powerful and free

Tapping on Anger

Even though I don't want to let go of this anger, I deeply and completley love and respect who I am anyway.

Round 1 (while tuning into an event that triggered the anger:
All this anger
All this rage and anger
I feel betrayed
I am burning up with rage anger
This pain of betrayal
It's hard for me to let this go
I refuse to let this go and let them off the hook
It doesn't feel safe to let this anger go

Round 2:

All this anger
I'm afraid to let it go
All this rage and anger
What if I let it go and it happens again?
What if I release it and he/she gets away with what they did?
This anger protects me
So I can't let it go
I won't let it go and no one can make me!

Round 3:

Even though a part of me is still holding on to some of this anger, another part of me wants to be free of it, and I am pulling for each part.

Deep down in side I want to be free of this anger
I am ready to look at what I need to change
No I'm not
Yes I am
I am ready to feel free of this anger
No I'm not
Yes I am
I give myself permission to release this anger

Round 4:

Even though there's still a small part of me that wants to hold on to the anger, I allow myself to speak my truth and release the pattern in me that created this.

I choose to release this anger
It is not serving my higher good
I choose to look at a healthier way to protect myself
Deep down inside I know what I need to do
I allow myself to recognize my part in this
I'm ready to make the necessary change to release this pattern
I choose to be free
I choose freedom from this way of being

Monday Tapping Affirmation

If you are feeling rejected, isolated, or subborn, ask yourself what you are not willing to hear. Then tap on "this fear of hearing what I need to know". End your session with this affirmation: "I choose to be open to what the universe has to say and rejoice in what I am able to hear!"

Using EFT To Clean Your Mental House

Have you ever watched a newborn baby? Did you notice that they don’t hold anything back? When they need something, they are not afraid to let the whole world know. When they’re happy, their giggles and smiles light up an entire room. They explore their world in amazement and wonder, without fear or shame. The perfection of babies is evident to all…including themselves. They know they are the epicenter of the universe.

As a baby you too knew you were perfect just as you are. So what happened? How did you go from being more than content to being you, to being too tall, too short, too old, too fat, too ugly, too dumb?

As we began to listen to the adults around us, who had learned to be fearful, we began to question and then ultimately deny our perfection. When we are very young, our very survival demands that we trust those that are responsible for our well being. What our caregivers said and did, we accepted as truth.

When we are born, our internal walls are like a brilliant white canvas on which we can create our masterpiece of our life. The problem is, a whole bunch of other people come and write all over our walls! Some of what they write is totally necessary, like “look both ways before you cross the street”. But much of what they write is their own junk! As children, and the epicenter of the universe, we see ourselves as the cause and effect of most everything. So, when our parents argue, for example, we see ourselves as the source of their fights, perhaps giving us the impression that we are bad or we can’t do anything right. When we are told “you can’t do that”, “you talk too much”, “you don’t really feel that way” we take our caregivers literally and come to believe what they say about us to be true.

As we grow and begin to have our own experiences in the world, we consult the writing on our walls to provide meaning and understanding of these experiences and how they relate to us. We formulate our beliefs about ourselves and the world from all that is written on our walls. These beliefs become our operating system; the way to respond to the world. Our perceptions are always in alignment with our beliefs. Hence, our beliefs become our reality.

Thus, if you believe, “People are loving and helpful”, because that’s part of the writing on your wall, you will create that experience. However, if your writing led you to believe, “People are always out to get me”, you will create a much different experience.

If there is writing on your walls that is not creating the life you desire to live, you may want to erase what’s currently written so new beliefs can take hold. A new reality will soon take shape. There is no law that states you can’t change what you currently believe.

The Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a highly effective method of upgrading your belief system. For simple instructions visit: http://www.lifeworkswitheft.com/eft_basic_recipe.pdf.
