All our Vets are on the forefront of my mind today - Veterans Day. So I want all of you who are suffering from post war trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, or addiction that there is no need to suffer.
There are so many individuals and organizations who are willing and able to offer their services free of charge. I not only offer free sessions, using the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), to any post-war vet, but I'm also a member of Give an Hour (giveanhour.org).

I realize it's not easy to reach out for help. Please remember, when you suffer all who love you and support you suffer along with you. You committed your life for us; now allow us to give back to you.
